Please note that all updates to the practice schedule can be found live on our team Google Calendar by clicking the “Calendar” tab on the website. All players should have both dry land clothes and a bathing suit each day for practice. Tentative Weekly Practice Schedule beginning August 14th:
Monday & Thursday – 3:30 – 6:00 p.m.
Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday – 5:00 – 8:00 p.m.
September / October:
Monday through Friday – 5:00 – 8:00 p.m.
The fall sports season officially kicks off on Wednesday, August 8th, with weekday practices at Central in the evenings (exact times will be announced soon). Last year, practices ran from 5pm – 8pm.
Prior to August 8th, team captains are permitted to run “informal” dry land conditioning/workouts for the team. These workouts will take place Monday, Wednesday and Fridays from 11-1pm starting this week up until the season officially starts.
